I am extremely pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle, his professionalism and his obvious love for his customer. He answered all of my questions before the sale and after the sale was complete, he made a point to tell me to come back if I had any questions or call him immediately. I did return two days later to have the undercoating applied to my vehicle with a couple of questions and he answered them without hesitation. I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Compass in November, 2018 at Ourisman in Bowie, after having an unfortunate accident with my 2017 Compass. I had such a good experience the first time, that I knew I had to return when I decided to purchase another Compass. I worked with Raymond Walford who was an excellent sales person. I had worked with him when I bought my 2017 Compass, and he remembered my specifications and styling I preferred. He actually found me a model with a package with a significant amount of extra features than my first Compass at a good price. He answered all my questions and was able to clearly explain the features of the vehicle. The financing here was also great. I was in and out with my brand new car within less than 2 hours. It was a truly hassle-free buying experience, and I would certainly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a SUV i n the JEEP family consider visiting this dealership and this sales team. More
