We leased our truck with ourisman and a named name Raymond took care of us but very poorly. After our purchase, he forgot to give us our second key and said he would mail it out. It’s been a year and Raymond took care of us but very poorly. After our purchase, he forgot to give us our second key and said he would mail it out. It’s been a year and a half and he still doesn’t know where our spare truck key is. Once they get a purchase from you, the customer service given is poor from there on. The vehicle was in stock and an 2 hours I was the owner of this vehicle. The sales person Raymond was great to deal with and very personable. Between Raymond and the management we made a great deal on the truck. The finance department was great too! Ash was my finance representative, and got me a good rate and the transaction was seamless. this is my first experience with Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and it was a great experience.
