Once I found the right deal online, I came right to these two. Since jack wasn't certified for truck sales, he hooked me up with Mike and Ramond , who are also very good. I made sure the deal was done with Brittany and Jack gets a little something. Everyone was knowledgeable, fair, upfront, and very helpful. This has probably been the best vehicle purchasing experience I've had, thanks. More

The vehicle was in stock and an 2 hours I was the owner of this vehicle. The sales person Raymond was great to deal with and very personable. Between Raymond and the management we made a great deal on the truck. The finance department was great too! Ash was my finance representative, and got me a good rate and the transaction was seamless. this is my first experience with Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership and it was a great experience. This has been one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt in my 48 years of buying vehicles. Keep up the good work Ourisman. I give you my top rating of 5 stars!!! More

I am extremely pleased with his knowledge of the vehicle, his professionalism and his obvious love for his customer. He answered all of my questions before the sale and after the sale was complete, he made a point to tell me to come back if I had any questions or call him immediately. I did return two days later to have the undercoating applied to my vehicle with a couple of questions and he answered them without hesitation. I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Compass in November, 2018 at Ourisman in Bowie, after having an unfortunate accident with my 2017 Compass. I had such a good experience the first time, that I knew I had to return when I decided to purchase another Compass. I worked with Raymond Walford who was an excellent sales person. I had worked with him when I bought my 2017 Compass, and he remembered my specifications and styling I preferred. He actually found me a model with a package with a significant amount of extra features than my first Compass at a good price. He answered all my questions and was able to clearly explain the features of the vehicle. The financing here was also great. I was in and out with my brand new car within less than 2 hours. It was a truly hassle-free buying experience, and I would certainly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a SUV i n the JEEP family consider visiting this dealership and this sales team. More
