We worked with Rebecca on price and she did a great job of going over the functionality details of the car and even put our new license plates on the car. However, when she turned us over to Dave, their finance specialist, our entire experience changed. Dave started off very friendly discussing how he just arrived back from the Caribbean the night before and he discussed his many other travel experiences throughout the Caribbean. Then after the small talk Dave went for the "old school" "hard sell" on an extended warranty and became very rude when I told him I was not interested. St. Louis Honda is clearly incenting Dave (either financially or with trips) on their extended warranty options and not on my satisfaction. Very unfortunate. More
