After declining the extended warranty his pleasantries were no longer there and he did not even stand up to shake my hand when leaving. I appreciate the work he did to find me a good interest rate but I did not deserve the unprofessionalism that occurred after declining the optional warranty. More

Rebecca was friendly, upbeat, patient with my indecision, honest about my options, and finally guided me to the the best choice for my situation. She never tried to push me in one direction or another and was immensely helpful every step of the way. And I enjoyed her company! I hope to have my 2014 Accord for a long time, but if and when I need to make another automobile purchase, I will certainly contact Rebecca again. More

When I did come in to view the vehicle in person, she explained everything very thouroughly and allowed me to make the decision at my own pace. Having had an awful experience at another nearby Honda dealership, meeting a saleswoman who was patient, friendly, and informative made the experience of buying a car much more enjoyable than I expected it to be.
