Before she could transfer me I explained I needed to schedule maintenance and didn’t want to leave another message. She said they may be too busy to answer so I asked if I should go somewhere else. Her reply was you can if you want so I told her don’t worry about it, I will. I have purchased three vehicles from them and love Austin but they will not get any more of my business. More
