Great Customer Service I had an issue with my Sorento this morning. Although, I did not have an appointment...They sent my car straight to the bay, put it on the lift and as I had an issue with my Sorento this morning. Although, I did not have an appointment...They sent my car straight to the bay, put it on the lift and assured me that the issue being taken care of. To make a long story short....they fixed my truck. It only took an hour...if that. Very professional! I would like to thank Kevin, Mr. Pat, Mike and Mr. Reggie. love my kia and Carol was great!! I purchased a 2015 kia optima a few months ago. It is a beautiful car and I love it!! I dont exactly have the greatest of credit as my husband has been dealing with serious health problems over the past couple of years which has weighed heavily on our family but carol tried her hardest to get me into my dream car and I have not been happier. She has continued to keep in contact with me and answer all my questions. Will definitely purchase from them again! Thanks! More
