Threatened by phone Bought car a month ago and I received a sales call. Told sales person we may stop by. I got 15 phone calls next day threatening to repossess car. Called back and was told I either come in to redu my financing or we would be in default. I had to come sign papers or drop off my keys. Had to be done today.I had plans for Saturday. I did speak to a second manager and rescheduled for monday and said coworker is a jerk. Reason they want me to come back in is because they over priced my extended warranty and bank refusing lone. Also contacted bank to verify. They do shady business here. Will never come back. Stay away. More

Good cars, rude staff I drove three hours from Champaign for a Jeep Wrangler being that this dealer had the best prices in a 200 mile radius. The cars were great but the staff came off as very cocky and rude. Especially, the assistant manager. Likewise, it took well over 7 hours to get the vehicle I wanted. Especially when I told them I had a doctors appointment to attend. However, they did not care. The only reason I’m writing this stupid review is because the manager asked me too. He literally walked up to me, grabbed my hand, and begged me for a positive review. But..again, sorry buddy. Your cars are good, but your staff sucks. More

Oil Change I had an appointment for an oil change on a Monday morning, I was greeted right away and it didn't take long. Patrick checked for recalls and filled t I had an appointment for an oil change on a Monday morning, I was greeted right away and it didn't take long. Patrick checked for recalls and filled the steering fluid that was low. However, I believe that fluid wasn't full when I left the dealership! My truck was just turned in by the previous owner and the service team had only hours to check everything and clean it up before I drove it home. In November, I noticed that the car had no antifreeze in the container! I filled it myself and my own expense. Now, I was just told there was no steering fluid and there are no signs of leakage! I have come to the conclusion that it was not filled either at the time of my purchase. Another issue I've had with this vehicle is that the push start button went out and had to be replaced. But the night I purchased it, the key fob was not reading the start button, it was going bad at that time. Oh, and the truck had two completely worn out tires on them. I called Reggie and he replaced both tires. I'm mentioning this now is because of the rushed job that was done to check over the truck and clean it up for me was not completed in a professional manner and I don't recall a survey at that time. More
