As always, this dealership values its customers and treats them right. It starts from the top and it has a trickle down effect. I recently went infor an oil change and first the price was higher than I had expected but I did appreciate the extra cleaning on my XT4. When ii booked online I put a note to see if they could check out was higher than I had expected but I did appreciate the extra cleaning on my XT4. When ii booked online I put a note to see if they could check out my electronic issue. When I arrived, I was told “how much time do you have cuz you will be here a while, we are slammed.” Not sure if anyone looks at the notes but as a sales person who is on the road everyday, my time is as precious as well and it’s very difficult to even sit for the oil change. I just felt very pushed off and didn’t even want to book another time to come in. More
