I was hesitant at first because the dealership was so far away from where I live in the North Shore, but once I met Rene I knew this is where I wanted to buy my car. My affection for this dealeship only intensified once I was introduced to the General Manager, Tommy. The truth is that I'm a demanding customer, and they did not have to make a deal with me, but I feel like they appreciated the fact that I was ready to buy and knew exactly what I was looking for. I appreciated their candor through the whole buying process. Rene and Tommy were especially noteworthy in this. I also appreciated that they gave me a solid amount of money for my trade, never ever lowballing me like all the other dealers. Sharon Lexus has earned themselves a customer for years to come!
