Out of all the dealerships I've done business with in the last 20 years I have to say Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA is the worst. From the General manager, Steve Ferenczy, to Renold Bridgemohan, to Parts, t last 20 years I have to say Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA is the worst. From the General manager, Steve Ferenczy, to Renold Bridgemohan, to Parts, to Brian Hughes, the Tech's in the shop. After my experience with Shottenkirk Ford I would not trust then to change out the wiper blades. Sad, sad place. The most dis-honest / un-experienced folks in the business. Lie to you straight faced and never miss a beat. From the top to the bottom, they keep passing the blame on to someone else. A business is only as good as it's worst employee. I love my New 2023 Ford Bronco! Sayed is a 5 star salesman working for a Zero Star Dealership I just wish I had purchased my Bronco some where else. More

My experience with Taylor was not pleasant. He was not responsive to my concerns with the issue I had with my truck especially after mechanic told him there was nothing wrong with my truck and He was not responsive to my concerns with the issue I had with my truck especially after mechanic told him there was nothing wrong with my truck and besides the mechanic did not even drive my truck to see if there was an issue. Two weeks later, I had to bring my truck back for the same issue and I got with Jerry Adams which took care of me. He got Will right off to look at my issue and Will got the master tech and then they both got to work trying to figure out my issue. It became obvious there was something wrong with my truck and they would need to keep it a few days to have the mechanic fix the issue. They gave me a loaner truck which I am so grateful. Jerry was great in helping me. I will not work with Taylor again. More
