I’m not sure in all honesty and fairness. My service associate, Luis, was pleasant and I believe he did all he could to help me. But I’m not sure that the service manager (Ruben) did all he could withi associate, Luis, was pleasant and I believe he did all he could to help me. But I’m not sure that the service manager (Ruben) did all he could within reason to help my situation. Problem was resolved upon my questioning and paying for something new . More
