Wonderful Experience I bought my 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring at Sports Mazda at the end of November. We dealt with Brian. I asked him to see the two models of the CX-5's that I bought my 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring at Sports Mazda at the end of November. We dealt with Brian. I asked him to see the two models of the CX-5's that I was interested in. He brought them up to the front of the dealership so I could compare both. There was never any sales pressure. I drove the one I liked best and ended up buying it. The process was very smooth. I dealt with Rey for finance. When I decided to change my financing option to a different one Ray was very accommodating. They also have a person who will shop for the best cost efficient car insurance. I dealt with Cody. He was very accommodating also. Stephanie took the time to show us all the features of the CX-5. Both Jay & Daniel got right back to me when I had additional questions about the financing. My service was so good that my daughter and I went back the following week and bought a 2nd 2017 CX-5 Grand Touring for her. Not only was the service excellent but the Mazda is a first class crossover. We had visited 2 other dealerships in Orlando prior to Sports Mazda and there was no comparison. More

My salesman Todd was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in addition to providing information I hadn't even thought of. Buying a car is a serious commitment and can be a stressful and lengthy process, but Todd went above and beyond to get me a good deal and helped me feel confident that I was making the right decision; never once being pushy or overbearing. Once my mind was made up, Rey was there to finalize the process with the paperwork and took his time explaining in detail anything I was unsure of. Both were extremely personable and charismatic, thanks so very much, you guys are awesome. If anyone is looking for a car and great customer service, this is the place to go. Rated #1 three years in a row and there's absolutely no question as to why. More

After a long night at the dealership.. when it came down to cleaning out my old car, there was ONE place I forgot to check before saying my goodbyes....THE SUNGLASS HOLDER!! I’m so panicked at this point to have found out my CHANEL glasses are sitting in my old vehicle that was to be shipped off any minute! After arriving to the dealer and speaking with Luis, I see his face go blank and he runs....runs out the door and BAM! My OLD CAR WAS ON ITS WAY OUT, ON THE TOW TRUCK!! Luis makes a run for it and was able to stop the truck, and retrieve my valuable. LUIS, you are the definition of great customer service! Thank you and your staff! More

I purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 in October and dealt with the best salesman I have ever had, Kerwin Larocque. He listened to my wants and needs and never pushed me past my limits. I appreciated his honesty as well as his concern for my opinion. I was able to get the car I wanted at the right price and with no hassle whatsoever. So you can imagine that when the car was TOTALLED in a car accident only 3 WEEKS later when a driver ran through an intersection and crashed into my brand new car, I knew the right guy to go to for help. Kerwin once again gave the best sales experience and the best deal I could get. I love the service department at this dealership as well. They are always looking out for you and getting you the best deals in service, especially Nick, he is my go to guy in service. Overall I have to say that I will never buy at any other dealership than Sport Mazda. More
