Negotiated the deal through email, and there were no surprises when I came in to finalize the deal. No pressure tactics like some dealerships I've dealt with in the past. A couple of shout outs for great service to Jacob Barone and Alejandra Rengifo. Jacob was a great help in getting me into the right car...I ended up swapping out my first purchase with the next trim level up to get all of the features that were important to me, and the experience was extremely smooth. Alejandra is a top notch salesperson. She took as much time as needed to walk me through the features of the car, answer my questions, and follow up with me in a timely manner. She is very personable and easy to talk with. Can't say enough great things. More
