I recently purchased a car with Lori’s help, and I have to say, she made the entire process so comfortable and enjoyable. I’ve never had a car salesperson like her—no pressure, no stress, just incredibly cool and normal, which really put me at ease. She was kind, genuine, and truly helpful every step of the way. One of the reasons I had been putting off getting a new car was because I didn’t want to spend hours at a dealership. But with Lori, the process was so quick—I was in and out in about two hours, which was amazing! Lori even offered to give me a tutorial on all the features of my new vehicle. Although I couldn’t do it at the time of purchase, she went above and beyond by offering to come in on a Thursday—her day off—just to help me out. If I ever need another car, or if anyone in my family is looking to switch to Mazda, I will 100% be recommending Lori! She made what can be a stressful process easy and pleasant. Thanks again Lori!
