Excellent service lady I called today and the operator on the service desk did not give me the proper help. I was very disappointed and left a message on their manager's ph I called today and the operator on the service desk did not give me the proper help. I was very disappointed and left a message on their manager's phone and then I called the sales Mr. Reza Azizi. He promised to help. Later Kim called me back and helped me to find the right tire I need to replace when I was on the phone. I went there immediately and got the service done very quickly. What a wonderful lady! If I can give her more stars, I would rate her to 6 stars. Mr. Reza Azizi is a wonderful salesman, I bought this car 3 years ago and he today still remembered and helped me. He also deserve 6 stars rating. More

His team was very knowledgeable about everything and he tried to help us get the best deal possible. The rest of the team was also great. Diane knew everything about the car and the sales manager also did not try to exert any undue pressure on me regarding extended warranties and the such. I would absolutely come here again to buy a car, and RBM of Alpharetta will probably be my go to place to buy a new car for the foreseeable future! More

I purchased a Pre Owned Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Reza on May 16th, and had a wonderful experience. The car was traded in on a new Mercedes, and looked brand new. After researching our greater Atlant Reza on May 16th, and had a wonderful experience. The car was traded in on a new Mercedes, and looked brand new. After researching our greater Atlanta area, this vehicle was listed at an awesome price even before coming to the table. I test drove the vehicle two times the day before, and came in Saturday morning to move forward with the purchase. I had a set bottom line in mind, and we reached a mutual agreement within 5 minutes of sitting at the table with Reza and the Sales Manager. The finance process was smooth and QUICK! No nonsense and great customer service. I highly recommend them. Love my Jeep! More
