I bought a used 2015 BMW x5 xDrive35i from this dealership. I live in Colorado and flew to Georgia on a Saturday morning to get this vehicle so I could get back home by Sunday (over 21 hour drive) in time for work, not only did they NOT accommodate my trip but I couldn't even get a ride from the airport to the dealership, or better yet...bring me my vehicle to me at the airport since I have mentioned on numerous occasions that I'm under time constraint to get back home! I was told by Reza Azizi that the airport was 45 minutes away but he could have someone pick me up from a nearby train station (Marta station). On top of this poor customer service, the internet price for the vehicle was 39,599.00 and when he sent over a quote to me, it was overpriced by $400 to 39,999.00. By the time I realized this and mentioned it to Reza and asked him to adjust the price, he stated that because I negotiated the price down by $700, that the price was already below the internet advertised price. I also have a Mercedes Benz, and my experience with Mercedes Benz of Westminster in Colorado have been nothing but outstanding. They have bent over backwards to accommodate my every need so for me to get this kind of service from RBM of Alpharetta was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership only due to the customer service or there lack of from Reza Azizi. I do have to say he was very persistent when he needed something. He asked me if I had sent the signed paperwork back, I let him know I had planned on doing that 1st thing in the morning. He mentioned that he needed me to get that packet in the mail by 6pm (at that time it was 5pm) so he can get credit for the sale for the month of May. I decided to deal with this dealership because of the good reviews I read. I’m hoping my experience was a one off. More

They had taken it in trade and it was "priced to sell" with tons of options. I worked with Reza Azizi over the internet to work a deal including my trade-in, then drove 1000 miles to finish the deal. I couldn't be happier with the SAV and the service at RBM. This is the best dealer experience I've ever had. Reza worked all of the details to coordinate the deal. Tom Ahern used his three decades of experience to make the paperwork painless (I really appreciate that Tom didn't try and sell me on aftermarket add-ons), and Neil Turry made a short visit to thank me for the purchase and for being honest with the description of my trade-in. I highly recommend RBM. They're a family run car group in the Atlanta area and they know how to treat customers. More
