Their CRM is garbage I put a lead in through True Car for a specific model. I requested a list of their inventory and got a confirmation email to the face. Lo and be I put a lead in through True Car for a specific model. I requested a list of their inventory and got a confirmation email to the face. Lo and behild, the following morning I look at my inbox and got a boiler plate CRM reply that that the car I wanted was in stock and that I can schedule a test drive. According to their website, this car is not in stock. Do these guys even read their leads? More
