He gladly helped us through some issues on his day off and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable making a big decision. In the end, we wanted to buy from him as much as he wanted to sell to us. It was a very positive experience! Lisa Brennan in Finance did an excellent job of making sure we considered the options but she did so without pressuring us. She advised us without being a sales person, and, on her own initiative, she made sure we got the rate and terms commensurate to our qualifications. We got a better deal than expected. More
