My wife and I were able to show up, attend to some mandatory matters and drive off in my GL550 in a reasonable amount of time. She said, "That was way less painful than I expected !". All of the staff were genuinely courteous and responded to our inquiries without the typical sales -hyperbole . I was particularly impressed with my salesperson, Reza Azizi. He was honest and informative. I usually research any vehicle I purchase and was glad to meet someone who actually knew much more about the car than I did. He made the entire process enjoyable !
