What a great car buying experience! Dealing with Reza Azizi was about as pleasant an experience as one could have and nothing like any car buying experience I had had before. Although I live only 2 miles from a dealership in Buckhead, I had heard and read such good things about RBM North that I decided to do my first test drive there. Within 1.5 hours I had driven the CLA250 and negotiated a deal. They were genuinely concerned that I was getting the car and the features I wanted. I had gone in not wanting the Sport package. Reza had me look at it and in the end that is what sold me on the car. The deal we negotiated was very fair....dare I say, a little better than I had hoped for. Great people and great dealership! Definitely worth going out of your way. More

I purchased my car with the help of Resa Azizi. Even though I wasn't a big spender on a new Mercedes he still gave me 110% and made my wife and I feel like important customers. I have been buying cars for almost 40 years, and my experience with RBM of Atlanta-North far surpassed any of my previous experiences and was even better than what my expectation for a perfect experien experience with RBM of Atlanta-North far surpassed any of my previous experiences and was even better than what my expectation for a perfect experience would be. From the moment I got there, I was made to feel that I was their most important customer. I met with Randy Powell, the General Manager, and Reza Azizi, my Sales Consultant. We discussed at length what I was looking for, and spent as much time as I needed driving several different cars so I was comfortable with my choice. We then spent time going over every individual option and Reza certainly earns the title of Consultant, giving very objective advice, while listening to all of my questions and concerns. Once we had determined all the specs, Reza, Randy and Anna kept me informed consistently on the progress ( I ordered it from the factory ), and when I switched a few things- including going from an E350 to an E550 (!), I never felt that it was in any way an imposition. My car arrived exactly when it was promised, and they had it prepped and ready, including tinting. My visit with Lisa, the Financial Manager was as smooth as could be, since a large part of the paperwork was done ahead of time. Finally, as to price, there was never a concern- I received discounts I didn't even know I qualified for! The final price as well as financing, was incredible. In summary, Randy, Reza, Anna, and Lisa have made RBM of Atlanta North the best car buying experience, ever! More

I first met Reza about a year ago when I was looking at a new vehicle. I ended up not purchasing a Mercedes at that time primarily due to the body style being offered. Reza was courteous even after I let him know I'd selected another vehicle. As a salesperson myself I appreciated his attitude even in "defeat." Unfortunately my car was in an accident and was totaled this spring so I found myself unexpectedly in car buying mode again. I called on Reza and he remembered me but he was busy at the time I came to the dealership. Rather than making me wait he set me up with Andy Sayers who assisted me immediately. Both Reza and Andy showed a level of professionalism rarely seen in the car industry and both were extremely knowledgeable. Usually I was there with both my young boys in tow and they did everything they could to accomodate us. The purchase process was painless and straightforward - again a departure from the "norm" with car dealerships. Reza and Andy have a customer for life. I love my "new" E350 and recommend that you ask for either Reza or Andy when you visit. More
