Exceptional Salesman In general, I dislike car buying because the salesmen don't really seem to care about you, they only want to make a buck. This is NOT the case with our salesman, Reza Ghane. Sure, he wants to earn a living but from the moment my husband and I walked into the sales room, we felt at home. Reza helped us feel comfortable and secure in our purchase and went to great lengths to accommodate our needs. He never pressured us to purchase something we weren't happy with. Even after we purchased the car, Reza kept in contact with us to be sure we were happy with our vehicle or to see if we needed any help with all the workings of the vehicle. If you are considering a Mercedes, please ask for Reza. You won't be disappointed! An extremely nice person, which is hard to find sometimes. More

Its your hard earned money and you need to be 100% sure you are making a good decision. As much as I want to walk out driving a new car, I don't want to be pressurized. I had been to another dealership the previous day and the first thing the sales rep asked me was "what do you plan to accomplish today? What car do you want to drive? What is your monthly budget?" I felt quite intimidated because I was not sure what to answer, at the same time I wouldn't have walked in the store if I was not sure of my budget. My experience was very different when I walked into this dealership. Mr Reza is an excellent sales person, very patient in understanding our requirements, and answered all my questions. I wasnt even sure what car to buy to begin with, and I went with an open mind. He was very happy to assist us and we test drove multiple cars. He was interested in showing more but I was tired. He didnt force us to get back to office and start the paper work. By the end of the day, unfortunately ,we didnt find a car in their inventory that matched all our requirements, but he assured us that he will find one at the earliest. He was in constant touch during the next few days and soon found a car that we liked. He ensured smooth paperwork and we drove out happy. The staff there is friendly and helpful too. Customer service to the HIGHEST level!!!! I live pretty far from Owing Mills, however when I visited the dealership to test drive the S500 the service I got from Reza was to the highest level I live pretty far from Owing Mills, however when I visited the dealership to test drive the S500 the service I got from Reza was to the highest level a customer can accept. For the delivery of my new car (that happened after a week as I was not able to buy it the same day) Reza picked my Wife and me from my house to the dealership (over a hour drive) and passed on very good information about my new car. We did not really negotiate on the price but Brett got us a watch for my son :) Great job to the entire team of Owing Mills. More

Excellent Salesman I am always apprehensive when going to purchase a new car. Never feel that the salesman is treating me respectfully. This all changed with Reza. "Very enjoyable and pressure-free experience" I do not normally write reviews, but Reza was so great that I thought that everyone needed to know how extremely helpful, courteous and knowle I do not normally write reviews, but Reza was so great that I thought that everyone needed to know how extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable he was about Mercedes’ cars and products. He made our experience pressure-free and most importantly my wife loved the experience and she definitely loves the vehicle. You know the old saying, happy wife, happy life, well Reza helped me to accomplish both with his great personality and knowledge of the Mercedes vehicles. If you want a great car buying experience with no hassles and a salesperson that does not mind answering every little question that you ask, please consider Reza. He smiled and helped us to understand the entire process. A smile can go a long way when you are deciding on a vehicle. Someone to trust I had by far the BEST car buying experience with THE BEST car salesmen REZA GHANE !! He was the bomb.com (literally :-)) Let me start off by saying th I had by far the BEST car buying experience with THE BEST car salesmen REZA GHANE !! He was the bomb.com (literally :-)) Let me start off by saying that I first started by car shopping at Mercedes Benz in Hunt Valley.... They had the worst customer service and that was the first thing I had to mention to the front desk lady when she asked me how she could help me. Then she introduced me to Reza. I told him exactly what I wanted (2018 CLA 250). He immediately showed me everything they had, tailored all prospects to exactly what I was looking for. He never once appeared pushy by showing me vehicles that were out of my price range or flat out, far from what I was looking for. HONESTLY, before I even test drove (my now new sexy lunar blue 2018 CLA 250; yes I'm bragging) I was already SOLD by Reza's customer service. Because honestly, he took me serious as an actual car buyer. C'mon I was a 26 year old buying a MERCEDES (scared.com). He really was on my side as a buyer when I was considering trading in my 13' Camry. He kept pushing for more and more ways to get my price down with a trade in, and he was very honest. Jason the manager was awesome too. However, at the end of it all I decided to keep my old car, but he tried his best lol. After test driving my car I told Reza I would like to purchase by Wednesday. On Tuesday he kept in constant communication with me, informing me of all the required documents (car insurance) that was needed. I also felt secure that no one else would come and try to swipe my future car. He had my new sexy lunar blue 2018 CLA 250 sitting in the front waiting for me on Wednesday ( oh how I admired it :-))). The paperwork process was easy-breezy and smooth with Fran. Reza showed me how to operate all the fancy stuff in the car. I came back the Friday to have the protective armor applied to my seats and exterior and Kyle Harris in the service department took great care of me and had a loner car waiting for me within seconds. Funny thing that happened.... when I was driving home with my new sexy lunar blue 2018 CLA 250, the guy from Mercedes Hunt Valley called me hahaha I told him I'm driving my new sexy lunar blue 2018 CLA 250, and he said why didn't I come back....I told him his customer service needed work. NEEDLESS TO SAY .... GO TO REZA.... he'll take care of you :-) More
