I had had previous experience with this dealership with service for my other car and felt comfortable returning to buy another. Jim Anderson is the Sales Rep. I spoke with when I arrived following an accident that ultimately totaled my existing Honda Accord. He helped me through the initial "looking" process and was there when I returned to purchase my car. Every question regarding the car I wanted to purchase was answered and the deal was made. Afterward, Jim walked me through the ins and outs of the 2015 Honda CR-V EXL that I purchased. Lou Sobh has an outstanding organization in Cumming and I would recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a new car. Oh and by the way, ask for Jim Anderson. More

The entire staff was helpful and treated us as valued customers even though it was the first time at the dealership. Chen took the time to us how all features worked including going the extra mile to help us program some phone numbers in the blue tooth option. He impressed us with his honest beliefs in the Honda products. Chen's easy going and non pressure communication techniques were so appreciated. His authentic commitment in the superior performance of the Honda was evident. The entire experience of purchasing our Honda CR-V was wonderful. The price was amazing, the staff exemplary and the SUV was beyond our expectations. We would encourage anyone to go visit. More

The car was well priced, prep was excellent, and the walk through after the purchase was well done-- a necessity in one of the new models with all the electronics and features such cars have today. For example, even though it was a 2015 model the printed instruction manual (for 2015) was already out of date, explaining why a CD was included that took care of the modifications in mostly the electronics. The manager checked on our progress frequently during the whole procedure to make sure I did not have any questions and that I was being taken care of properly. Pressure on a decision or anything else was non-existent. Before it was over my son, who accompanied me through the process, which included several brands and dealers, decided to stop putting off replacing his wife's ancient car at this dealer, even though he had bought a new car for himself less than two months ago from a different dealer and a different brand. Loving my new Honda Pilot Touring 4WD! Nick Scofield rocks! Last December we replaced my wife's 2002 Odyssey (240k miles, still being driven by my youngest) with a brand new Odyssey from Lou Sobh. Nick Scofiel Last December we replaced my wife's 2002 Odyssey (240k miles, still being driven by my youngest) with a brand new Odyssey from Lou Sobh. Nick Scofield was our salesman, and he was an absolute gem. Kudos to Nick for putting up with the longest test drive in history :-) The new Odyssey is amazing - we consistently get over 30mpg on the highway. Our service experience with Lou Sobh has been excellent Now it was my turn to replace my 2001 Acura 3.2TL (150k miles). This time I wanted more space, better handling in inclement conditions, and towing ability. Worked with Nick again and he set me up with a 2014 Pilot Touring Edition 4WD. This car gets it right in so many ways. It is comfortable, powerful, flexible and has all the doodads I was looking for. The deal Nick, Reza and Tom worked up was impressive. Completely low pressure. I can't say enough positive about the Lou Sobh Cumming dealership or about Nick Scofield in particular. More

HAPPY CUSTOMER - Purchase of New Honda CRV Visited your dealership on a Sunday morning before open hours thinking I would just see what was available in my price range. Wasn't sure which model Visited your dealership on a Sunday morning before open hours thinking I would just see what was available in my price range. Wasn't sure which model vehicle I wanted. I did not expect to test drive or see any sales reps early in the day. However, Jim Anderson came in early and asked if he could help us. Without any pressure he took us around to our price range, and the two vehicles I was interested in. We went for test drives in both of my choices. At one point Jim had another customer that he had previously arranged to meet with, I suggested he go ahead as we were not buying that day. He asked one of his co workers, Nick, to stand in for him while he helped us. Nick was very happy to help us and Jim. I had intended to go on to a Toyota dealer to compare prices and test drive. Jim's manager Reza advised he had two 2014 Toyota vehicles we could also test. Well, that pretty much did the trick, saved me from driving down the road and starting all over at the Toyota dealer. We left and went back twice more, Reza was outside and answered my additional questions, assuring me I was not asking "silly" questions. I wanted to think over my choices and on Monday called Jim and made an appointment to come back in. We picked out the automobile and met with Bob, in finance. All of my memories and anxieties from past auto buying experiences were soon gone. Jim set up my phone and radio and again went over all the features of the new car. Gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced me to all the other department personal. I highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda, Jim, Reza, Nick and Bob to anyone putting off buying a new car thinking it is an unpleasant experience. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team. Great Experience! I purchased a new Honda from Lou Sobh today, my fifth new Honda, and it was by far the best experience I've had buying a new car. I called Frida I purchased a new Honda from Lou Sobh today, my fifth new Honda, and it was by far the best experience I've had buying a new car. I called Friday and spoke to the General Sales Manager, Reza Moshiri, he was professional, courteous, and eager to earn my business. After I spoke to Reza, I called 4 other local dealerships to speak with the General Sales Manager and only spoke to 1, still waiting on the other 3 to return my phone call. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by a friendly, easy going, salesman, Bill Gaffney. Bill quickly introduced me to Reza, who was well prepared with an inventory list, and 5 minutes after arriving at the dealership, Bill had us out test driving cars. We test drove 3 cars and I finally settled on a modern steel, Accord EX. I sat down with Reza to talk numbers, he made an offer, I countered, he accepted, done deal. No BS, no wasted time or cheap sales tricks, just straight forward honest business. Afterward, Bill had the credit app and paperwork ready to go and within a few minutes I was in with the Finance Manager, Scott Baker. Again, Scott had all the paperwork ready to go, he explained everything well, and I was in and out of finance in 10 minutes. My wife and I have leased many cars over the last 8 years, I even sold cars myself years ago, and I've never been to a dealership that was so effective and efficient. There was a real sense of team work that revolved around creating a great customer experience. Everyone seemed committed to the goal of customer satisfaction, and they nailed it! I would definitely recommend Lou Sobh to Family/Friends, overall it was just a great experience! More

I e From the moment I walked in to Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, I felt like a welcome guest, and I could tell they genuinely cared about me as a client. I ended up working with Chris Sobh and Reza Mosheri, and you can tell both have a great knowledge of their product and how to tailor it to meet individual needs. I haven't purchased a car in years, but they made it effortless and fun. I am extremely happy with my purchase and their attention to detail that day. I will definitely be back to purchase here again, and I would recommend my friends and family to shop here as well. You won't find any better service. -Kyle More
