When we visited the dealership they were very cordial and not pushy at all. They said they would match the lowest offer we received and would make our trade in whole. Long story short, they beat the lowest offer we received by $500 and gave us $500 more than our payoff for our trade in. I spoke with when I arrived following an accident that ultimately totaled my existing Honda Accord. He helped me through the initial "looking" process and was there when I returned to purchase my car. Every question regarding the car I wanted to purchase was answered and the deal was made. Afterward, Jim walked me through the ins and outs of the 2015 Honda CR-V EXL that I purchased.
