Long story short, they beat the lowest offer we received by $500 and gave us $500 more than our payoff for our trade in. I spoke with when I arrived following an accident that ultimately totaled my existing Honda Accord. He helped me through the initial "looking" process and was there when I returned to purchase my car. Every question regarding the car I wanted to purchase was answered and the deal was made. Afterward, Jim walked me through the ins and outs of the 2015 Honda CR-V EXL that I purchased. A new experience After purchasing cars for many years in large multi-franchise multi-state dealerships I was surprised at the ease of this transaction from beginning t After purchasing cars for many years in large multi-franchise multi-state dealerships I was surprised at the ease of this transaction from beginning to end. The car was well priced, prep was excellent, and the walk through after the purchase was well done-- a necessity in one of the new models with all the electronics and features such cars have today. For example, even though it was a 2015 model the printed instruction manual (for 2015) was already out of date, explaining why a CD was included that took care of the modifications in mostly the electronics. The manager checked on our progress frequently during the whole procedure to make sure I did not have any questions and that I was being taken care of properly. Pressure on a decision or anything else was non-existent. Before it was over my son, who accompanied me through the process, which included several brands and dealers, decided to stop putting off replacing his wife's ancient car at this dealer, even though he had bought a new car for himself less than two months ago from a different dealer and a different brand. More
