Loaner car mess I called last week to see if I could bring my car in because I was getting warning regarding the auxiliary battery. I specifically requested a loaner I called last week to see if I could bring my car in because I was getting warning regarding the auxiliary battery. I specifically requested a loaner car at that time. The person I spoke to said she couldn’t fit me in for a loaner until Monday. I then made the appointment for Monday. I saw my service advisor and then went to get my loaner. Guy said I wasn’t on the list and that I couldn’t get one because they were all reserved. I stewed a bit and went back to my service advisor To cancel my service. Service advisor walked me back to the loaner guy and told him that I was ok for a loaner. only then was I given a car. One of the reasons I bought a Mercedes was because you do loaners. My problem was not with Reza but your loaner guy who was of no help whatsoever. More
