Maintenace I have visited this service center on several occasions and have been pleased. Upon arriving for my 10:00 appointment, I waited approximately 20 minu I have visited this service center on several occasions and have been pleased. Upon arriving for my 10:00 appointment, I waited approximately 20 minutes before I was approached. Our salesman followed up with Reza since he had not acknowledged my presence. Besides the wait time, I texted Reza to inform him that I had a squeaky brake when backing out. He did not respond. Later I was texted informing me that I needed two tires and an alignment. There is less than 12,000 miles on the vehicle. I have owned several Mercedes and have never been informed of such repairs for the low amount of mileage. Reza said the car would be completed by 2:00. Not hearing from him, I texted and no reply so I headed over and was told that he was out to lunch and my car was ready. Not the best experience this time. More

I came to get maintenance and new tire which was damaged from hitting a pothole. I ended up having to pay for tire myself because I did not bring damaged tire with me. I was there 4 hours, never offered loa from hitting a pothole. I ended up having to pay for tire myself because I did not bring damaged tire with me. I was there 4 hours, never offered loaner. Had to return next day because was not told back tire was damaged as well and was told it was covered, then told was not covered .Whitney was able to assist me to not get charged again for another tire that should have been covered. She was great, Rezza not so good. I could have had a blowout on highway from damage to the back tire that I was not informed about. More

The best service experience at any Mercedes dealer Ive ever been to. Reza was an absolute pleasure and any human I came in contact with here was only there to be extremely helpful. Follow up opportunities Follow up is an opportunity with the staff. I called several times and had to wait several days just to get an update on my car service. I ended up having to drive in just to get an update which is unacceptable. That being said the service is great and once I got my car back it was done 100% correctly. More
