After a very disappointing experience with this dealership last month Rhoel Gray and the dealership came up big time. They got me into the shop and had a loaner for me in 2 days instead of 2 months dealership last month Rhoel Gray and the dealership came up big time. I needed 4 new tires for my X7 and was told I couldn't get in until March. I wasn't going to be able to drive the vehicle because one of the tires was not fit to drive on. They found me a cancellation and get in until March. I wasn't going to be able to drive the vehicle because one of the tires was not fit to drive on. They found me a cancellation and got me in right away. Rhoel Gray did a great job making the experience very easy for me. I had a loner car which I was not expecting, but was very helpful. Thank you! Once again Rhoel Grey came thru for me. I was on the other side of the state and just before a hurricane when I drive a nail thru my left rear tire. NO ONE, including BMW over there would I was on the other side of the state and just before a hurricane when I drive a nail thru my left rear tire. NO ONE, including BMW over there would assist. "We don't patch run flats" "we have high standards, we won't plug this for you" "We can order your tires but it will take about a week." on and on, I called Rhoel and calmly as ever, he directed me to a few spots that WOULD plug a run flat and which I did. SUCCESS!!! Upon arriving back home, Rhoel ordered my tires, got them moutne3d and changed my oil. He's been this efficient since the day I rolled in 11+ years ago with my 1st generation BMW X3. Now my 535i has 72k+ miles on it and it maybe time to start looking at a new vehicle. How can I go ANY other place for a vehicle with Rhoel on the case. Not only is he a great Service person, but I consider him a friend as well. -Jim More

If I could give my service advisor, Rhoel Grey more than 5 stars I would. He treats me professionally and takes a personal interest in serving my X5.
