When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. HeadRest Replacement Rhoel Gray was fantastic from my first visit with headrest issue to the installation of a new one. Long time client I am on my 3rd BMW being taken care of by Rhoel, he is in top of it and gets my car back to me in a timely manner. When friends purchase a BMW I recom I am on my 3rd BMW being taken care of by Rhoel, he is in top of it and gets my car back to me in a timely manner. When friends purchase a BMW I recommend him to be their service advisor. More

The car was immaculate and the service, sales and dealership was top notch In February of 2018 I bought a pre-owned 328i convertible from Germain BMW. The car was immaculate and the service, sales and dealership was top notch. this year, August 2019, I went back and purchased a 2017 X3 and again all aspects of dealing with the dealership were flawless. A day after I took the X3 home, my tire developed a leak and I took the car back to Germain and they found the tire had a nail in it. No questions asked by the dealership. They gave me a new tire and I was on my way. I dealt with JJ for the 328i and I Mike Schmidt helped me with buying the X3. Would definitely buy another car from Germain BMW and highly recommend them. More

Our experience with Germain, and specifically Alex Pope, was the best. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, prompt, professional... not pushy, not arrogant.
