Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. I am proud to be a part of the Germain Motor Co. and the Germain BMW family because the level of dedication and significance given to our customer’s happiness is unparalleled. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. Terrific experience with Peter Martin and Rhoel Gray. Peter Martin is our sales executive. He has been terrific throughout the experience. There was a small crack in the tail light of our vehicle that we Peter Martin is our sales executive. He has been terrific throughout the experience. There was a small crack in the tail light of our vehicle that we did not detect. Peter referred us to Rhoel Gray who met with us promptly, addressed our need for replacement of the cracked tail light, ordered the part and called us straight away to schedule the repair for the very next day. He was courteous and very professional. Peter and Rhoel are great credits to the dealership for sure. More

He kept me informed about my car and I was given a loaner car to use. The work was done earlier than expected and my car was clean and shiny when I picked it up. I would recommend working with Rhoel - definitely ask for him to be your advisor! More

HeadRest Replacement Rhoel Gray was fantastic from my first visit with headrest issue to the installation of a new one. Long time client I am on my 3rd BMW being taken care of by Rhoel, he is in top of it and gets my car back to me in a timely manner. When friends purchase a BMW I recom I am on my 3rd BMW being taken care of by Rhoel, he is in top of it and gets my car back to me in a timely manner.
