Under the guidance and mentorship of Joe Diclaudio, and my sincere commitment to creating memorable and unique customer experiences, Germain Acura was ranked as one of the top 5 dealers in the nation for customer satisfaction 5 years in a row. Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. I am proud to be a part of the Germain Motor Co. and the Germain BMW family because the level of dedication and significance given to our customer’s happiness is unparalleled. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. Great service Had a small issue with low beam headlight malfunction and with no appointment stopped in to see if they could look at it. Very good service. Roehl Gray did a good job of keeping me updated on the progress and even took me back to show me exactly what was being done. The work was d service. Roehl Gray did a good job of keeping me updated on the progress and even took me back to show me exactly what was being done. The work was done on time. My only complaint is when I got half way home my tire pressure indicator came on indicating I need air in my tires...why did the service team not check the air pressure when they rotated the tires? It is very difficult to find a working air station in Naples. Race Track is the only one working. Besides, this should not be something I need to do when just leaving and having tires rotated. Air should be checked and filled to the standards by which to avoid the idiot light. More

Excellent service experience Rhoel Gray was very professional, took care of my issues and while I waited for my vehicle kept me up to date with the status. They are not only professional but the waiting room is very comfortable. I also saw a very impressive situation. There was an elderly gentlemen who had just lost a loved one and seemed confused. He had just been in an accident. A service advisor Moises sat down with him, helped him call his insurance company, explained the damage to the car and worked with the insurance company to get a rental car for him. This is a busy service department, and Moises showed incredible empathy towards this elderly customer. Bravo! More
