The car was immaculate and the service, sales and dealership was top notch. this year, August 2019, I went back and purchased a 2017 X3 and again all aspects of dealing with the dealership were flawless. A day after I took the X3 home, my tire developed a leak and I took the car back to Germain and they found the tire had a nail in it. No questions asked by the dealership. They gave me a new tire and I was on my way. I dealt with JJ for the 328i and I Mike Schmidt helped me with buying the X3. Would definitely buy another car from Germain BMW and highly recommend them. Great service Had a small issue with low beam headlight malfunction and with no appointment stopped in to see if they could look at it. Very good service. Roehl Gray did a good job of keeping me updated on the progress and even took me back to show me exactly what was being done. The work was d service. My only complaint is when I got half way home my tire pressure indicator came on indicating I need air in my tires...why did the service team not check the air pressure when they rotated the tires? It is very difficult to find a working air station in Naples. Race Track is the only one working. Besides, this should not be something I need to do when just leaving and having tires rotated. Air should be checked and filled to the standards by which to avoid the idiot light. More
