Once at the #1 and #2 position out of 272 dealerships nationwide. In March of 2012, I transitioned to Germain BMW. When I’m not working I enjoy fishing, watching documentaries on The History Channel and spending time with my wife and our son. I really appreciated the knowledge of my salesman, Roberto Lopez. His approach to the sales was very low key and he was very knowledgeable on each BMW model. A real plus was how he followed up in the Roberto Lopez. His approach to the sales was very low key and he was very knowledgeable on each BMW model. A real plus was how he followed up in the entire sales process notifying me on each step of the way. Another plus was he stated he was always there if I needed any help after the sales.
