Service was fine and they got it down quickly. But the little details could be improved upon. I had some bugs on the windshield and they ran the wipers and smeared the bugs all over. My initial visit to the sales office to inquire about the purchase of a 2023 Rav 4 was coordinated by Duey Cyr. He was personable and answered our questions about the Rav 4. He showed us the list of vehicl purchase of a 2023 Rav 4 was coordinated by Duey Cyr. He was personable and answered our questions about the Rav 4. He showed us the list of vehicles that would be arriving in the next 30-40 days. We found one that we liked and we started the purchasing process. The deal was finalized at this visit. Duey did an excellent job coordinating purchase . The Rav 4 arrived 23 May and we finalized the purchase. Duey spent several hours with us explaining the operation of the accessories and setup of the Toyota app. Duey is a super sales person and made the purchase of this vehicle a pleasant experience. I have been a long time customer of the Phillips excellent service department but this was the first purchase from Phillips. I must commend Phillips for the most pleasant experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle . More
