A Great Experience I have not purchased a new truck since 1998. I was not looking forward to the chore. Joseph Vallejos, Tim Boggs, and Rhonda Rose were all very profess I have not purchased a new truck since 1998. I was not looking forward to the chore. Joseph Vallejos, Tim Boggs, and Rhonda Rose were all very professional, informative, and friendly. I felt that these people cared for me as a customer and wanted to help me through the process of purchasing my beautiful 2014 Ford Pickup. Joseph listened to what I wanted and delivered it front and center. Joseph is a very gifted young man and responsive to me as a customer. I also noticed that the dealership was very busy and other customers were being helped in the same manner. I've taken 6 months to find the perfect pair of Nike shoes, who would have ever guessed from the time I rolled onto the lot and out of the lot less than 6 hours later, I would be in a great truck. Tim Boggs is a great asset behind the front entry for your business, a great young guy. Rhonda Rose very friendly. I was within hearing distance of her work station. She answers the phone with a smile and gets callers directed in a fast, friendly manner. Five Stars for Joseph, Tim and Rhonda. Great Experience. Thanks More

Johnny Taylor is the Best Ever, i called him to ask him for help to trade my Lincoln MKX and he also went above and Beyond the Call of Duty to make this happen for me... I have never bought a Car with just Pictures and i have to say i was alittle worried but they made me feel that i made the right choice... and I did, when they delivered my Car to me in Lubbock and i saw it for the first time, Wow, i just wanted to cry... It's Beautiful and just looks better than the pictures.. i cant say enough about these 3 guys that helped my Dream Car come true... thank you so much for the bottom of my Heart.... They got me in a vehicle that I did not believe would get approved. Somehow, some way, they got it to happen. Their manager, Johnny Taylor helped out with the banks and got the deal done. Paul Willis made me pay more for my monthly payment but the additions will help me out in the long run. Rhonda Rose must be an angel; she knows how to keep a smile on all the faces in the dealership, including the salesmen. Absolute best experience buying a vehicle and I will undoubtly will be back and referring people to Tristate Ford. What an experience! More
