I had an amazing experience at Jim Ellis Dealership in Marietta! But from the moment we were greeted by Ivan, it was like a breath of fresh air! He was so inviting, well-informed, and so nice! He was able to promise me and my father that we would be able to look at the car we were interested in before we got there. They were texting back and forth the day before, and this was a spur-of-the-moment decision for us, to go visit this dealership. He quickly brought the car around for us to test drive. Super friendly, and again, just such a people person! Super impressed!! Ivan, you are beyond awesome. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. Rhyan-- I feel like I have known Rhyan forever!! So personable, and so friendly and upbeat, yet knowledgable and confident. He was also extremely pleasant and was able to talk to us straight about numbers, without feeling any pressure or any awkwardness that typically comes with any kind of negotiation. He made me feel very comfortable and took his time explaining my terms and what all the jargon means in my contract :) He was so sweet and again, not pushy AT ALL! The add-ons that were included in my term made perfect sense when Rhyan was describing the offers the Mazda dealership has for their customers, and I was beyond impressed. This is coming from someone who did not even have a back-up camera, to now being in the driver's seat of a brand new 2023 Mazda CX 30. I was running short on sleep, and I was worried she was going to think I was being rude as a customer, but instead, she found humor in me and now we have some good inside jokes if I do say so myself. She left me a voicemail shortly after I left the dealership and already has me booked for my first service with the Mazda team in April! Mia, you are so sweet and so to the point and gracious. Your personality is out of this world! All in all, my father was pushy on time because he had somewhere to be, and none of these employees were bothered by that or took it personally. My father was extremely impressed and was ready to fight for a good rate for me, but it was clear that this entire crew wanted the best for us so no animosity was needed. These three made my experience SO unforgettable, that I KNOW I will be a Mazda girl for LIFE! I cannot wait to go back after this car is fully paid off and upgrade to a higher model SUV. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features with Ivan to get our dream car.
