My experience with Jim Ellis Mazda was great! Chase was very helpful, a straight shooter and worked with me to view multiple vehicles. I came in for a Mazda CX 30 but opted for a CX 5. NOT HAPPY with post-sales service. Just spent 20 minutes making 13 calls to Jim Ellis Mazda at various published numbers and cannot get anyone to answer. Service dept. picks up phone t Just spent 20 minutes making 13 calls to Jim Ellis Mazda at various published numbers and cannot get anyone to answer. Service dept. picks up phone to makle it stop ringing then hangs up on me (three times). Left multiple messages at different numbers. SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATED THAT NO ONE IS AVAILABLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY ON A THURSDAY. I don't know what is going on at that dealership but this is entirely unacceptable. I would NEVER have paid this much money for a car from Jim Ellis if I'd known I couldn't speak to anyone. Sorry I bought the car BECAUSE OF THE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! More

Rhyan Johnson was very good, and so was the Finance Manager. Bruno said no way would I be there for three hours to get the purchase transacted, but yet - I was there three hours even after having done Manager. That's the only thing behind a 4 star rating as opposed to 5 star. More
