When we visited The BMW store, it was very welcoming even though we were not dressed for a occasion. We decided on X3 and had specific requirements.Chris listened to what we wanted and the team suggested options that will increase the resale value of our car just in case. They had one slot and were willing to wait a couple of days for us to decide before they put in their order. The finance department was very helpful, else our BMW dream would still be a dream. We were updated on the progress of our car by Chris via email and calls. When we went to take our car, it was waiting on the front for us with a bow. The whole process was a smooth experience. What a great experience to watch on the computer as our new car went from production, to delivery on the dock in Germany, to shipment on the freighter, to docking in the US, to delivery to the showroom. Chris was patient and very helpful in explaining all the working of our new 4 Series retractible hardtop convertible at delivery time. He made it so easy to understand there has not been a need to rush to the manual to figure out how something works. It was a "Happy Day" when our car was delivered and we spent time with Chris learning all the functions. Everyday that we drive the car is another "Happy Day". More

He gave us a great day in early 2012 when we visited to test drive the then new F30 3 Series, but it wasn't possible to specify the vehicle we wanted so we waited. We'd enjoyed how he'd looked after us so well that when the time came for us to buy a few months ago we called him up even though there are several BMW dealers much nearer to us. He's a real enthusiast himself who cares about the cars and it was clear that our experience really mattered to him. Our order was arranged over the phone/email and using his knowledge he was able to find a production slot 6 weeks earlier than our local dealer. He helped us track the production and transportation, we had a very enjoyable afternoon picking up the car 6 weeks later, and he continues to check we're happy with everything (there are a couple of very minor issues that need sorting). We also enjoyed our brief dealings with Ric Koresky and Conor O'Somachain, who also made us feel very welcome. We love the car and it's been a great experience - and we were back a week later to test drive the new Minis... More

From the first moment of contact and throughout all transactions, we felt confident and secure of the service and quality we were receiving. Chris expertly attuned to our family's individual wishes and needs. All of my communications were responded to immediately. Chris's follow-up occurred on our terms exactly as we requested; thus, pressure-to-buy was not experienced, which was not the case of other dealerships. Questions were completely and honestly answered, and promises and predictions were accurate. Extra work on Chris's part resulted in a larger than previously quoted trade-in price on the day of the sale. These extra dollars could have easily gone to someone other than us - I thank Chris for getting the best price right up to the last minute and even after the new car transaction was complete. Adequate time was allotted and patience demonstrated so that I left the BMW property feeling confident about the use of the new car's many fabulous functions.
