This is the second time that my wife and I have had to deal with recall issues on our Ford expedition vehicle and each time the Sunrise Ford Service Center has confirmed and corrected the recall call issu deal with recall issues on our Ford expedition vehicle and each time the Sunrise Ford Service Center has confirmed and corrected the recall call issues without any issues whatsoever. My 2020 Explorer had transmission issues. I desperately needed it fixed to go on a road trip they worked hard to make sure I could make my road trip doing everything to make it happen.
