From the moment I got in contact with them, Ricardo Fraticelli was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect car. The sales team took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood every part of the process. I never felt pressured to make a decision. The finance department also went above and beyond to find a payment plan that fit my budget. After my purchase, the staff followed up to ensure I was satisfied with my car and offered assistance if I had any questions. It's clear they truly care about their customers, not just making a sale. I highly recommend Villages Subaru Car Dealership to anyone looking for a reliable car and excellent customer service. More
