I recently bought a 4Runner TRD Pro from Toyota Gladstone, and the process was great from start to finish. A big reason for that was Ricardo, who helped me every step of the way. He made the buying experience fast, efficient, and stress-free. There was no pressure at all, and he was always quick to answer my questions. What really stood out is that even after the sale, he’s still been super helpful. A lot of salespeople disappear once the deal is done, but Ricky continues to respond quickly, answer my questions, and help me with accessories. Thanks again, Ricky! I’ll definitely be looking for you next time I’m in the market for a new car. More
