We found the vehicle we wanted at Firkins, but we live 90 minutes away, we called and we were able to complete the whole deal over the phone and they even offered to deliver the vehicle to our door. We have minutes away, we called and we were able to complete the whole deal over the phone and they even offered to deliver the vehicle to our door. We have family in their area so we decided to drive there and sign the paperwork, when we got there everything was as agreed upon, no surprises. Not a good experience Lack of communication car was done never got a call to inform me about it. Person who took my keys even asked if I was waiting I told him No!!! He asked me for my cell number so he could call me when they were done but he never did. They closed and left for the day. I called to see if my vehicle is ready and the guy replied do you want to buy a car I said no. I just want my car he replied I’m salesman they left from the service department. How am I supposed to get home now I live in Tampa ! I was really upset I had to find someone to take me home and pay them. Later my son in law tells me that my car is ready for me to pick up it’s already 8:14 pm they said that Joseph mMurray went to the shop and took it out for me so I was relieved I was already crying. I just want to say thank you to him for coming back to do that for me! More
