Made deal and sold car while I was driving over there I'm a senior citizen and the dealership contacted me about a car they had that fit was I needed. On Friday 3/27/2020 I was on the phone back and forth I'm a senior citizen and the dealership contacted me about a car they had that fit was I needed. On Friday 3/27/2020 I was on the phone back and forth getting the financial application in. I emailed my bank account statements and did everything they asked. The dealership is working on restricted hours due to Covid-19. On Saturday morning I received a call from Ricardo Vasquez saying I was approved. I told them great I'll be over. A couple of minutes later I received another call from Joe Garrido and he told me the finance department needed copies of all pages of my bank statements. I said I'll send them right over. I emailed them to Ricardo Vazquez which is where the other paperwork went. Mr. Garrido called me back and I told him that fact. I asked if Mr. Vazquez was there and he said no because they are working on an appointment only closed to the public way. Well he called back after a few and said everything is great it's all done and approved come over sign and get the car. I told him thanks my ride over is coming now I'll be there soon. I'm 4 blocks from the dealership getting very excited and Mr. Garrido calls me and says" Victoria I have some bad news for you, I just sold the car to someone who walked up" I asked him how he could do that I thought we had a deal. He said oh well its first come first serve. I told him that was terrible and ridiculous I was only a few blocks away and he sold the car out from under me. I can't believe that this happened. Terrible. More

Happy to buy from a local dealer We bought a new 2020 Prius prime limited plugin car. We wanted a purl withe vehicle and the dealer was able to find one from another dealer, but I del We bought a new 2020 Prius prime limited plugin car. We wanted a purl withe vehicle and the dealer was able to find one from another dealer, but I delayed the decision making and the car got sold. we ended up with a dark gray one. It took us about two days to make the deal but some of that was my delays. Once the deal was made it did not take too much time to finish. Salesmen Anthony Doyle and managemnt did a great job with the sale. Maricela Cardenas did a great job with the vehicle purchase contract. The city of lancaster choice energy program was great. They offered a instant cash rebate $3000 and the dealer offrered $1500 plus federal tax credit of $4500. along with other state and Edison rebates. If I qualified for all the rebates I would recieve up to $12,500 in rebates that's free money to buy this vehicle. Overall the experience was great. More

I had to travel all the way up to Lancaster from Los Angeles to find the car I was seeking (a used hybrid Lexus RX450h). I connected with salesman Ricardo Vazquez. He gave me enough conclusive information about the one they had on the lot and in a way I felt he was being honest with me, so I decided to drive the 60 miles. Upon arriving, I immediately liked and connected with Ricardo. He had the qualities I sought in my salesperson: extremely knowledgeable about all facets of the vehicle I came to see; extremely professional, but with a perfect manner of well-mannered, sincerely interested, no-pressure, but eager and able to handle all questions and buying scenarios I put in front of him. I felt totally comfortable with him, as well as completely confident that I was in the best of hands. At the appropriate time he interfaced next with Joe Boghos, who was the initial handler of my paperwork. Joe was a pleasure to work with as well—completely fluid in his handling of all the financial documents and questions, and worked hard to find me the right credit source, while maintaining a sincere friendly and personal manner. When all was in order, my purchase was then turned over for document finishing/paying with Jamie House. Jamie is such a pro—great personal manner, yet incredibly efficient in her ability to push the finishing process to its conclusion quickly. Because of all of their effective efficiency, as well as the seamless fluidity in which the departments interact, the entire process took half the time I’m used to spending in a dealership, but more importantly, I was left with a sweet taste in my mouth from the endeavor: I truly felt good about every part of the experience, but especially am grateful for the care and personal service they offered. I have two cars to buy in the beginning of the year for family members. I am already working again with Ricardo for the first car, and plan on doing so again with the second. I would highly recommend the facility and staff at Toyota of Lancaster. I have no compunction to make that drive again to do business with them all, as the experience was as painless and pleasurable as such an exciting and yet stressful purchase could possibly be. Call Ricardo—he’s great and you will definitely be in the most capable and courteous hands possible! I give the whole experience a solid 5-stars. More
