Originally from Mexico City, but have been a Texan for 26 years now. I have a beautiful and supportive wife and a two lovely daughters. Enjoy spending my free time around family and friends. I have been in the car business for 17 years now, most of that time in the wholesale and retail of pre-owned vehicles. I had the most amazing experience buying car from Audi Dallas. This being my first dealer purchase, I walked into the dealership with fear and confusion until I met my sales agent Ricardo. This is my 3rd Audi but first time purchasing from the Dallas location. Great customer service and painless process. Navigation was supposed to be included in my vehicle but now it's not available. Increa Dallas location. Great customer service and painless process. Navigation was supposed to be included in my vehicle but now it's not available. Increased the rating an extra star after speaking with the sales manager. If this gets resolved I will adjust the rating and review to reflect the service. More

Amazing customer service! I didn't step into the dealership thinking I would walk out with a car within a few hours but the attentiveness of Ricardo gave me peace of mind that I didn't step into the dealership thinking I would walk out with a car within a few hours but the attentiveness of Ricardo gave me peace of mind that I'm being taken care of. He answered all my questions to the best of his ability and didn't push me towards anything. He had vehicle knowledge and was really personable. Every employee in the building was smiling and you could tell they wanted to make sure that you were okay. The customer service at audi Dallas was the best i had since entering the US. Ricardo, my sales person i believe went beyond good to make sure i get the best experience.
