Everyone made sure that all of my expectations were met 100%, and if there were any questions they were there any time I had them. After the sale, they made sure that the car was everything they said it was, and when there were any deviations to the smallest detail to that, they made it right. If it was not for Rich Delmazzio and a exceptional service department i This was the 6th car I have purchased from the Greenwich Porsche dealership . If it was not for Rich Delmazzio and a exceptional service department i would have left to purchase from another dealer. I felt that Rich was was truthful, honest and showed integrity. Several times prior to this purchase I came into the dealership and Rich took time to answer my questions and review pricing on several cars when he was not even my salesperson . Getting me into the right car was more important to him then making a sale. Rich earned my trust and put me into the right car after listening to the issues I had in the past . He went out of his way to help me even though he thought someone else in the department would be getting the sale. He is a nice guy who is an asset to your company , I had alot of issues with my 2008 Cayenne Turbo after it went out of warranty. James Kennel did an excellent Job explainig issues and recommending work to be done . Steve Edmond went above and beyond all expectation when he worked with Porsche to split some of the cost for items that should never have failed on a car with 60,000 miles. Steve is the best service manager you ever had there and Jimmy always goes the extra mile. I was a customer of the dealership when it was still owned by Pray. Rich was very focused on making sure I purchased the car that fit what I was looking for and served as an advisor vs selling me. He was always willing to spend time with me to test drive the car, answer questions, discuss the various features, etc and was very knowledgeable. I built a car to the specifications I wanted and Rich was proactive keeping me updated on the status of the car. Additionally, the delivery process in terms of the paperwork, license plates, etc was very easy. I have owned several BMW's and Range Rover's and this is my first Porsche and the overall experience could not have been more positive. I highly recommend Porsche of Greenwich. More
