Well Worth the 60 mile Drive to Purchase Porsche Cayenne I live in Staten Island, NY and traveled over 60 miles to purchase a Used 2016 CPO Porsche Cayenne from New Country Porsche sight unseen. When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I was directed to my Sales Ambassador, Fred Adler. Fred is the consummate sales professional. He went over all of the vehicle's details over the phone with me. Plus, he initiated the pre-sales process over the phone. Upon meeting Fred in person, he is professional, friendly and engaging a pleasure to work with. Fred went over the entire vehicle with me to my satisfaction. The car is perfect in every way, absolutely no issues and I’m a nit picker. Also, Fred was also able to get me a fair price for my trade-in. I am very pleased with Fred and the way that he handled the whole process from pre-sales to delivery of the vehicle. I highly recommend Fred. Thereafter, Fred introduced me to the Service Manager (Rafael Almonte), Used Sale Manager (Rich Del Mazzio) and to the Business Manager (Noah Davis). Unlike other dealers where one has to sit and wait to be handed over from one person in the process to the next, New Country's process is slick, streamlined with no wasting of time. The entire process is efficient and quick. Also, being 69 years old, I really appreciated the no pressure to buy what I don't need or want in the way of add-ons. I have purchased three Porsches in the past from different authorized dealers in three different states. New Country is by far the best and worth the trip no matter how far away you are. I will definitely buy from them again. More

Great customer service We have looked at the Cayanne GTS for sometime now and did not want to pay over $100K for a car. I have been watching the Porche certified used car We have looked at the Cayanne GTS for sometime now and did not want to pay over $100K for a car. I have been watching the Porche certified used car list nation wide and would have no problem flying to what ever state had the car of our dreams. When this GTS came up on line we went to look at it and Aldo was our sales person. He was very informative and did not pressure us. We came back to rest drive a week later. We fell in love with the car and though the car did not have all the options we wanted we loved the car. We negotiated with Aldo and his management and was hoping to get a great deal being the end of the year. We did not get a deal but felt it was a fair price. The day we saw Aldo for the test drive was his last day before his vacation. So as we finalized the deal his associates had to take over. We were impressed how well Noah and Bill handled financing and delivery of the car. It was seem less. i was introduced to the service department which reviewed the service records of the car and informed me when next service was due. We also met Jack in parts who was wonderful helping us pick out some needed Accesories. Could be more happy with our purchase and plan on being in the Porcge family for many years to come. More
