However, since it was the end of the month, we had to drive back to sign paperwork the following day and then come back another time to pick up the car. We waited an hour after making a paperwork appointment to finally get into the business office only to spend 5 mins signing the paperwork. Aimee called me and explained the results of my oil change, tire rotation and the replacement of windshield wipers, she also was very professional explaining to me the future needs for my next appointment so I can plan ahead.
