We bought a 2015 dodge and Rich was a good salesman. We. Enjoyed the experience but as for selection could have had more to choose from...I really was looking for a f-150....pickup but since trade was so We. Quality work, could use better communications I was very satisfied by the work performed on my vehicle, but the lack of communication was a little frustrating. My repair was covered by an extende I was very satisfied by the work performed on my vehicle, but the lack of communication was a little frustrating. My repair was covered by an extended warranty, but I did not get any updates on what the issue was during the repair. It just would have been nice to hear they had discovered the issue, had parts in stock and expected time to complete the repair. Not hearing until 4pm seemed like a long wait to me, based on bringing the car in at 7:30am. It's possible this is the case for extended warranty work, since it's covered, but still would have appreciated an update or two along the way. More
