My husband and I had done our research ahead of time which made this transaction very smooth. The only thing that took forever was waiting for them to prep the new car. How dirty can a brand new car be which made this transaction very smooth. The only thing that took forever was waiting for them to prep the new car. How dirty can a brand new car be that has only 5 miles on it? We waited far too long for that portion. Joe Murphy was fantastic and really helped things move along. Jay Trabucco was very good. He saved us even more by knowing his "trade" so well. Papers were signed in no time at all. So far, I am extremely pleased with my Turbo Signature CX5. Feels luxurious and handles like a dream. More
