I’m actively involved with my kids’ athletic programs. I have been involved as an assistant coach and tournament organizer. I currently volunteer as webmaster for a local high school wrestling program. I love to play golf but in reflecting my recent performance (donating numerous golf balls to the woods and water), I believe that golf doesn’t love me. The battle continues. I recently joined the board of the Korean Institute of Minnesota, an organization that my father started 40 years ago, with the goal to promote cultural awareness locally to the current generation. My duties at home include taking care of the cars and killing bugs. According to my wife, that was in the fine print of our marriage license.

Less than one week after working with Rich Kim and Jennifer Snyder, we purchased another certified used vehicle. Rich was such a great person to work with we requested him again and again, he got us right what we needed. My wife had been looking for a great small used car for a while, Rich was able to identify what she would like right away and we walked away happy campers. Again, I highly recommend Mr. Kim to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

From Ugly to Great. I purchased a 2015 Genesis from this dealer and immediately had issues. Right after I purchased the car I noticed that the CD player did not work. I t I purchased a 2015 Genesis from this dealer and immediately had issues. Right after I purchased the car I noticed that the CD player did not work. I took about 2 months and me calling the dealership repeatedly to finally it fixed. Once it was replaced they uploaded the wrong software that caused other issues with the car. That in turn to 2 additional appointments to be resolved. Since then I have brought my car in for numerous other issues. Finally I spoke with the General Manager at the dealership about the car and asked to end my lease early and swap it out for another car. He agreed that my car has had way more issues than any car should would look into getting it replaced for me and give me a call. It has now been a month and I have yet to hear anything back. Plus I opened a case with Hyundai's consumer affairs department and it has not been 3 weeks since they originally reached out to me and I am still waiting to hear from them. UPDATE: My car was bought back due to it falling under Minnesota's lemon law. I went into the dealership and gave up my 2015 and the GM, Joe, got me setup in a 2017. The whole transaction could not have gone better. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. I have NEVER had better service in purchasing a vehicle before. I have had my problems with the dealership in the past, but they have made some amazing strides and have definitely regained my confidence and took care of me in the end. On a side note. Chadd Moreno in service has been amazing. It's the failure of the leadership team that has caused the majority of my issues. More

Great Salesman Rich Kim is a excellent salesman, I was ready to walk away after the sales manager came back with a very low ball price for our trade-in ( a Kelly Blu Rich Kim is a excellent salesman, I was ready to walk away after the sales manager came back with a very low ball price for our trade-in ( a Kelly Blue book price for very poor condition car ), he had notes like faded paint ( really on a 12 year old car ), interesting the car is now on the lot with a price that Kelly Blue book has for excellent condition....anyway Congratulations to Rich...5 stars to you. Getting 2 new cars! Awesome! Rich was very helpful! My husband and I came in at 4pm on Memorial day and Rich was very helpful- the dealership closed at 5 pm and we were there unti Rich was very helpful! My husband and I came in at 4pm on Memorial day and Rich was very helpful- the dealership closed at 5 pm and we were there until 615pm. The next day was Rich's day off, but he came in to help us buy 2 new cars. He was very helpful and very personal. I would have to say that this is the best experience in buying a new car that I have been through. Jennifer was very helpful as well. Next time we are going to buy a new car we will be coming back again! More
