I served in the US Army from 1980 to 1984 and two more years in the Army Reserve. I attended St. Louis Community College and earned an Associates Degree, sold cars for Metro Chrysler Centre from 1994 to 2007 and then Glendale Chrysler Jeep and Dodge from 2007 to 2010. Made the big switch to General Motors in May of 2010 when I accepted a sales position here at Sapaugh GM Country. My interests include my grandchildren, Scanner Enthusiast, dogs and I am an Amateur Radio Operator holding an Advanced Class License - My call sign is KG0ZM. I am also a member of the Masonic Fraternity.

I gave the rating I did because the service was excellent and we didn't have any problems. They helped us out the best that they could and we were able to trade in. The sales staff followed my instructions wonderfully. I gave Karrie my information and requirements up front and she not only found me a vehicle, but filled out most of the paperwork before I ever set foot gave Karrie my information and requirements up front and she not only found me a vehicle, but filled out most of the paperwork before I ever set foot in the showroom just as I requested. Although Karrie was able to finish the sale due to her schedule, Rich did an excellent job explaining the warranty and paperwork. I am very pleased with the Sapaugh staff. More

We were looking for a new car to replace our 2005 Buick Lesabre with a a Buick LaCrosse. We contacted our friend Don Britt, who referred us to Jerry Willcut. Jerry showed us a variety of LaCrosses. He was Lesabre with a a Buick LaCrosse. We contacted our friend Don Britt, who referred us to Jerry Willcut. Jerry showed us a variety of LaCrosses. He was patient and very thorough in describing the vehicles equipment, it was easy for us to make a selection. Rich Konold explained the intricasees of the Onstar System. Rich talked us through the Onstar features and functions and simplified the use of the the system. We have already put it to good use.
