I visited this dealership to look at a 2012 Audi A4 Avant which was exactly the car I wanted. I sat down with Richard Medla who was a great help in negogiating the deal. As I eventually pruchased the car, the only unpleasant moment was when the Used Car Manager offered an insulsting price for my trade-in knowing that I really wanted the A4. He never looked at the car nor spoke to me in person. This "Used Car Manager" embodied the typical used car salesman stereotype. 2 days after I purchased my car I saw my trade-in on the internet offered for sale for $4000 above what was given to me. This was the only low point in my purchase, Rich Medla saved the day by his professionalism. More
