Great team! I started working with Rich online. He was very prompt/responsive to all of my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Aaron to ge I started working with Rich online. When I arrived at the dealership, I worked with Aaron to get all of my paperwork completed and we walked through how to use some of the features on the car, since this was my first EV. I had already been preapproved prior to showing up, but Jason ended up getting me a better rate, so I ended up working financing with him. More
