Super salesman "Sam" I told Sam I wasn't quite ready to purchase a car, he said ok, just let me show you what you will get when you are ready. We went for a test drive a I told Sam I wasn't quite ready to purchase a car, he said ok, just let me show you what you will get when you are ready. We went for a test drive and I left with the promise of when I was ready I would be back. Sam called just to keep in touch and 3 months later thanks to his friendly and respectful attitude I bought my SUV. He was the first salesman that I can truly say I felt comfortable doing busy with. I will and have already recommended him to my friends. Thank you Sam for everything. More

I bought a used car from a sales person who is no longer with company. My check engine light came on and since I know nothing about cars I was very worried. I talked to the used car manager and he first sai with company. My check engine light came on and since I know nothing about cars I was very worried. I talked to the used car manager and he first said that I had to trade the car in. He seemed frustrated and unhelpful. After pushing the issue a little he said he would have the GM call me the next day. I never got a call back from the used car manager or the GM. I called Chris the service manager the day after and he bent over backwards to help. He helped me with a rental car, and even though the repairs took longer than expected he was great. He called every few days to apologize and keep me posted on the repair work. If I ever have a friend of family member that has repair work needed I will definitely have them call Chris. I have his number saved in my phone under "My car guy". More

The service department at Crown Hyundai goes above and beyond. I had to take my daughters Sonata in for service and to get the steering column replaced. The vehicle has the interlock system on it due to h beyond. I had to take my daughters Sonata in for service and to get the steering column replaced. The vehicle has the interlock system on it due to her lack of good judgment. Me not being the client of interlock I could not get a bypass code for the service department and therefore had to wait with the vehicle so I get restart the car when they needed it. I know this had to be very aggravating for Cliff Stouffer, Chris Sanborn and the technician that was working on the car. (I know it wasn't fun for me) But they handled everything very professionally and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them in the least. Cliff and Chris were great! We have owned 9 Hyundai vehicles in the last 15 years and will continue to come back to Crown for any future purchase and service. Keep up the excellent work Cliff and Chris! More
