Dealing with Rich Ponulak was awesome! He listens, knows the cars, and cares about getting you the correct fit. The only negative feedback is the actual car buying experience. Once a price is agreed on then be prepared for the protection packages, then the add on and finally you make it to the finance room where you are presented with extended warranties. This is not Toyota of Naperville’s fault, but it’s exhausting. If the manufacturer thinks it’s an issue, then include it in the car. I just don’t want be sold after I agree to the car. Rich and team were great and would recommend working with them. More
